Welcome to Peninsular Divide, organized by Prestige Events Production. By registering for and participating in the event, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions, which are in accordance with the laws and regulations of Malaysia.
1. Definitions
- “Organizer” refers to Prestige Events Production, the entity responsible for hosting Peninsular Divide.
- “Participant” refers to any individual who registers and takes part in the event.
- “Event” refers to Peninsular Divide, the ultra-cycling race organized by Prestige Events Production.
- “Registration Fee” refers to the amount paid by the participant to secure a slot in the event.
2. Eligibility
- Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
- Participants must be in good physical and mental condition to complete the race.
- Participants must not be subject to any legal restrictions that prevent participation.
3. Registration and Payment
- Registration is only confirmed upon full payment of the registration fee.
- Payments must be made through the official payment channels provided on the website.
- Registration is non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- The organizer reserves the right to reject or cancel a registration for any reason, including but not limited to failure to comply with event rules.
4. Event Rules and Code of Conduct
- Participants must follow the designated route and adhere to all Malaysian traffic laws and regulations.
- Participants must wear appropriate safety gear, including helmets and reflective clothing, as required by law.
- Unsportsmanlike conduct, including but not limited to cheating, verbal abuse, and physical aggression, is strictly prohibited.
- Participants must follow instructions from event officials, marshals, and law enforcement officers at all times.
5. Liability and Indemnification
- Participants acknowledge that cycling is an inherently risky activity and accept full responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur.
- The organizer shall not be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, or financial loss incurred during the event.
- Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organizer, its employees, partners, and sponsors from any claims arising from their participation.
6. Force Majeure and Event Changes
- The organizer reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, and government-imposed restrictions.
- If the event is canceled due to force majeure, the organizer may provide partial refunds or defer participation to a future event at its discretion.

Refund Policy
The following refund policy applies to all participants of Peninsular Divide:
1. No Refunds Policy
- All registration fees are non-refundable once payment is made.
- Refunds will not be provided for participants who fail to attend or complete the event.
2. Event Cancellation and Refunds
- If the event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, partial refunds may be provided at the sole discretion of the organizer.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30-60 days after the official cancellation announcement.
- In the case of postponement, participants may have the option to defer their registration to a future edition of the event.
3. Transfer and Substitution Policy
- Registrations are non-transferable unless explicitly permitted by the organizer.
- Participants who are unable to attend may request a substitution, subject to approval by the organizer.
4. Exceptional Cases
- Refund requests due to medical emergencies must be accompanied by valid medical documentation and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- In the case of death or serious injury, refunds may be considered at the discretion of the organizer.
